1. No Data Collection

Speak To Me LG is designed to be private by default.

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your voice recordings, transcripts, or personal information to our servers.
• All speech processing is performed locally on your device (using on-device AI models) or sent directly to a third-party provider (like OpenAI or Groq) only if you explicitly choose to use their API with your own key.
• We do not have access to your microphone data; it is processed strictly within the app's sandboxed environment.

2. Third-Party Services (Optional)

If you choose to use the "Online" mode with your own API Key (e.g., OpenAI Whisper API, Groq, or OpenRouter), your audio data is sent directly from your device to that third-party provider.

• We do not see, log, or store your API keys.
• We do not act as a middleman for these requests.
• Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers (OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter) for how they handle data sent via their APIs.

3. Local Data Storage

The app may store settings (like your preferred shortcut, selected model, or API keys) locally on your computer. This data never leaves your device and is stored securely.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the application or our website.
